How does LILO make money?
Two ways: a flat subscription that covers infrastructure, and a small platform fee on session bookings sold through LILO. The platform fee is how we actually grow — which is why every coaching feature is in every plan. We do well when you do.
What if I outgrow my client cap?
Upgrade anytime — no migration, no data shuffling, no support ticket. We’ll nudge you in-product before you hit the cap so it doesn’t catch you off guard.
Are AI features really the same on every plan?
The features are identical. The only difference is a fair daily quota that scales with your plan, so heavier users land on higher tiers. Quotas reset every 24 hours.
Monthly or yearly — what’s the difference?
Yearly billing is roughly 20% cheaper per month. Same product, same features, same client cap — you just lock in a lower rate. Switch any time.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens after the free trial?
14 days free, no card required. Around day 11 we’ll email you a link to add a card so coaching keeps running. If you don’t, the trial ends quietly — no surprise charges, no chasing.
Do my clients need to pay?
No. Your subscription covers the platform. Clients use the free LILO mobile app at no cost.
Is there a contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month or yearly, your choice. Cancel online in one click.
